02 What are New Victoria Sauna's opening hours?
New Victoria Sauna is open 24 hours, and spending at the house lets you stay and rest for up to 15 hours. The all-hours happy-hour two-for-one runs daily from 13:00 to 06:00 the next morning: six selected combinations are two-for-one, meaning one price for two therapists. For other series and arrangements, ask us when you book.
03 Where is New Victoria Sauna and how do I get there?
New Victoria Sauna is on the 5th floor of L'Arc Macau, 278 Avenida 24 de Junho, Macau, directly opposite Wynn Macau and close to MGM Macau and StarWorld; about 5 minutes by car from the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal. Book through this site and we can arrange a free private car from anywhere in Macau.

The new menu, effective 7 October 2026: Pure Sauna admission (minimum charge) MOP 1,198, Shanghai-style massage 2,498, signature therapies 3,198, Southeast Asian series 3,098 – 3,598, European Model 4,398, Asian Model and Star series 4,498 – 5,198, Korean series 4,898 – 6,298, Japanese series 4,898 – 7,198, Asian Global series 6,298; a 10% service charge applies to all spending. The all-hours happy-hour two-for-one runs daily from 13:00 to 06:00 the next morning, MOP 4,198 to 5,798 — one price, two therapists. Several payment methods are accepted; details are shared when you book. Prices follow the actual menu and may vary by treatment, duration and time of day — ask us for the latest quote when you book.
05 Is there food on the floor?
There is a dining area serving Chinese hot dishes, Western mains, soups and desserts, with soft drinks, juice, coffee and tea. The venue is open 24 hours, so a late arrival can still eat. Newly reopened, the dishes are still being announced and the day's selection follows the venue's arrangements; if you have dietary restrictions or would like the selection confirmed first, tell us when you book.
06 Is New Victoria Sauna under new ownership?
It is. New Victoria Sauna reopens on 29 August 2026 under new ownership, a new management team and a new way of running the floor. The all-hours happy-hour two-for-one is the first thing to launch, with more to be announced in turn. The address is unchanged — 5th floor of L'Arc Macau. Newly reopened, if you would like the day's areas or treatments confirmed first, just ask when you book.
07 Can I stay overnight?
Yes. New Victoria Sauna is open 24 hours and has an overnight rest area; spending at the house lets you stay and rest for up to 15 hours. Room types, charges and what is available on the day are all confirmed when you book.
08 Are there theme rooms or KTV?
The floor has a show stage hall, a pool hall, a mosaic massage bath pool and a recliner lounge. Newly reopened, the opening arrangements for individual areas are still settling; ask us about the day's arrangements when you book.
